attractions within half an hour’s drive.

The house is at an altitude of 390 metres (1280 feet), meaning a cooler temperature and comfortable
nights. The house and pool face due west, with a great view of the Caribbean, gorgeous sunsets and
spectacular rainbows, and sometimes the famous ‘Green Flash’ just as the sun disappears below the
horizon. The night sky �` especially the Milky Way �` is stunning.

The Garden
The house stands in one and a half acres with a verity of fruits when in season, (bananas, guavas,
mangoes, avocados, coconuts, paw-paw). Try glasses of cold coconut water from the young ‘jelly-nuts’.
The garden has many trees other than the fruit trees, such as mahogany, ylang-ylang trees, pacific palms,
royal palms, tamarind, moringa………..
The garden has many flowers �` oleander, poinsettia, snow on the mountain, heliconia, bougainvillea,
ornamental ginger, lantana, and many more. Feel free to fill the vases with floral arrangements. The
gardener keeps everything tidy twice a week.

The Accommodation
The house is built on 5 half levels, with 3 terraces. There are plenty of outdoor chairs and tables. You can
sit and eat outside on the terraces and not be troubled by lots of bugs even during the evening.

Each of the three bedrooms has a ceiling fan, bedside tables, hanging space and drawers. There are
screens on the windows. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, bathroom and a study/dressing
table area, with one single bed and room for another mattress on the floor. There is a hair dryer, iron and
ironing board. The middle bedroom has twin beds or a double. There is a shower room and toilet just
outside the middle bedroom door. The lower bedroom has twin beds or a double and ensuite shower
room and toilet.

There is an independent 1bedroom apartment.

The Kitchen, Living room and Terraces.
The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The living room has
comfortable seating, an audio system, DVD player and smart TV. There is also an electric piano available
upon request against a refundable deposit. The living room has double doors opening out to the main
terrace and big windows opening onto the back terrace, always cool and shady, with a breeze wafting in
from the mountains to the southeast. The top terrace is just outside the middle bedroom, with chairs and
table, and the best views of the Caribbean.

Voltage is 220 throughout the house, using square-pin plugs (as in the UK).

Next to the pool (10.5 x 5.5 metres (35 x 18 feet), 140cm (4 ½ feet) deep) is a shower room and toilet and
on the other side the gazebo with chairs and table.

Sold with all the furniture and tools.
Backup water tank and solar panels along with city water and electricity.
